All you need to do is download the Pronto app and start shopping. After you’ve tap tap tapped your way around our app app app, our superfast ninja packers get to work. They’ll pick and pack your order and then our skilled delivery agents will harness the power of their chariots to get it to you in a flash. Win win.

The groceries themselves are at lower than retail prices, with a small delivery fee of $10 every time to make sure our delivery agents are paid fairly, and if your order is over $100 then your delivery is on us. (Yes, you read that right.)

Cash? That colourful paper stuff? Unfortunately, not. The only way to pay for your order is through the Pronto app using payment methods like credit & debit cards.

As late as you’re up. We operate 7 days a week (yes, that includes holidays), and are open late to get you what you need.

We sure do! Customers can request ‘contact-free delivery’ at checkout. Delivery agents will be able to see when a customer has requested this option and will then follow a simple process to ensure there is no contact when the order is delivered.

Delivery agents will be asked to let the customer know they have arrived, place the order outside their door, step a safe distance back and wait nearby for the customer to collect the order before the order can be completed.

Orders processed with a credit card will be posted within 3 to 5 business days, so you should expect a full refund by that time.
